Bazarov Shamshod Abdurasul ugli is an experienced manager and highly qualified specialist in economics and finance. Currently, he holds the position of CEO of Erkindik Finance LLC, where he implements the strategic management of the company, develops financial products and ensures effective interaction with business partners at the national and international levels.
Bazarov Shamshod Abdurasul ugli's education includes a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (Moscow). Continuing his professional development, he received a Master's degree in Water Economics from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. This academic knowledge became the basis of his analytical and managerial approach in the field of business and finance.
Bazarov Shamshod Abdurasul ugli has held key positions in large enterprises throughout his career: Chief Accountant, Head of the Production and Planning Department, Head of the Department of Economic Development and Modernization. His abilities in financial analysis, cost optimization, and strategic planning allowed him to strengthen and modernize the internal processes in each of the organizations where he worked.
